Description
Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are a flavorful and easy-to-make dish, perfect for grilling or air frying. The chicken is seasoned with a blend of spices, skewered, and basted with a rich garlic Parmesan butter sauce for maximum juiciness and taste.

- 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs or breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 stick butter
- 8–10 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (more if desired)
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Combine chicken seasonings in a small bowl and set aside.
- Cut chicken into 3″ pieces and toss with olive oil and spices.
- Pack chicken tightly onto skewers.
- Microwave butter and garlic until partially melted, then whisk in red pepper flakes, hot sauce, parsley, and Parmesan.
- Set aside 1/3 of the sauce for basting cooked chicken.
- Air fry skewers at 400°F for 5 minutes, flip, baste, and cook for 2 minutes more.
- Flip again, baste, and cook for 5-6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Baste with reserved sauce and sprinkle with extra Parmesan before serving.
Notes
- Soaking skewers prevents burning.
- Pack chicken tightly for juicier results.
- Adjust hot sauce and red pepper flakes to taste.
- Use a meat thermometer for accurate doneness.
