Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (5.9-ounce) box instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 ½ cups whole milk
  • 2 ½ cups Cool Whip, defrosted and divided

  • 5 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra parchment hanging over for easy removal.
  2. Whisk together pudding mix, milk, and 1/2 cup Cool Whip until smooth.
  3. Layer half the graham crackers in the dish and spread pudding mix evenly over them. Chill.
  4. Beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Fold in remaining Cool Whip and salt.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture over the chocolate layer. Top with remaining graham crackers. Cover and freeze for 6 hours.
