Description
A frozen dessert version of the classic campfire treat with layers of chocolate pudding, marshmallow creme, and graham crackers.
Ingredients

- 1 (5.9-ounce) box instant chocolate pudding
- 2 ½ cups whole milk
- 2 ½ cups Cool Whip, defrosted and divided
- 12 graham crackers, broken in half and divided
- 5 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 7 ounces marshmallow creme
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra parchment hanging over for easy removal.
- Whisk together pudding mix, milk, and 1/2 cup Cool Whip until smooth.
- Layer half the graham crackers in the dish and spread pudding mix evenly over them. Chill.
- Beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Fold in remaining Cool Whip and salt.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over the chocolate layer. Top with remaining graham crackers. Cover and freeze for 6 hours.
- Remove from dish using parchment. Slice into 12 squares, trim excess, and serve softened or store frozen.
Notes
- Let frozen sandwiches soften at room temperature for 15 minutes before eating.
- Store leftovers in a zip-top bag in the freezer.
