This creamy, cheesy Chicken Spaghetti Recipe is the ultimate comfort food. Made with tender chicken, spaghetti, and a rich sauce, it’s perfect for family dinners or meal prep.
Ingredients
12 oz spaghetti, cooked al dente
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional)
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional toppings: parsley, red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook spaghetti until al dente, drain, and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, diced tomatoes, sour cream, garlic, onions, paprika, and half of the cheddar cheese.
Stir in cooked chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
Fold the spaghetti into the sauce mixture.
Transfer everything to a greased 9×13” baking dish.
Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until bubbly.
Broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden top.
Rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
For a spicy version, add jalapeños or pepper jack cheese.
Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
Can be frozen for up to 3 months before baking.
