Dolly’s Chicken and Stuffing Casserole is an easy, cozy meal made with pantry staples and full of rich, comforting flavors. Perfect for weeknights or Sunday dinners.
Ingredients
4 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 package stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, stuffing mix, soup, and broth until well combined.
3. Add salt, pepper, and optional herbs to taste.
4. Spread mixture in greased 9×13 baking dish.
5. Sprinkle cheese on top if using.
6. Bake 30–35 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
7. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can prep this ahead of time and refrigerate overnight.
Add sautéed onions, celery, or mushrooms for extra flavor.
Use gluten-free stuffing if needed.
