Blueberry Quesadilla Recipe

Description

A quick and comforting blueberry quesadilla made with cream cheese, fresh blueberries, and a touch of cinnamon—perfect for breakfast, snack, or dessert.


Ingredients

Scale

1 tortilla

Thin layer of cream cheese

Handful of blueberries

Honey drizzle (optional; avoid for those under 1)

Sprinkle of cinnamon & superseed boosters


Instructions

1. Spread thin layer of cream cheese on half of a tortilla

2. Add blueberries and slightly smash with the back of a fork

3. Add all other ingredients, then fold tortilla in half

4. Melt a little butter (about 1/4 tbsp) in pan and toast both sides of the quesadilla until slightly golden

5. Cut into triangles

6. Let cool before serving!

Notes

Skip the honey for toddlers under one.

Feel free to add chia or flax seeds for a nutritional boost.

Best served warm, but can be reheated gently on a skillet.
