- Wraps:
- 1 yellow onion, diced (divided use)
- 1 pound ground beef
- salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste, optional)
- 4 soft taco size tortillas
- ½ cup lettuce, shredded
- ½ cup dill pickles, sliced
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Make the Big Mac sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, diced pickles, mustard, ketchup, and paprika in a bowl. Refrigerate until needed.
- Cook and crumble ground beef with half the diced onions in a skillet until beef is fully cooked and onions are soft. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if desired.
- Drain any excess grease and transfer the beef to a bowl.
- Assemble wraps by placing lettuce, pickles, cooked beef, remaining onions, cheese, and Big Mac sauce on each tortilla.
- Fold tortillas into wraps and serve.
